STIIIZY, a leading cannabis retailer, is hiring part-time Sales Associates to deliver exceptional service and knowledge-based recommendations in-store. You will be a brand ambassador who builds relationships, drives sales, and helps customers find the right cannabis products for their needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, regulatory compliance, and positive customer interactions. Availability includes weekends, with a starting wage of $19.50 per hour plus tips and benefits as outlined.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to work in cannabis retail.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability including weekends preferred.
• Must work 2 weekend days (Fri–Sun) when needed.
• Able to comply with state cannabis regulations and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Build authentic relationships to create loyal customers and drive sales.
• Achieve sales goals and monitor business metrics through service excellence.
