The position starts as part-time at $20.50/hour plus tips, with requirements including open availability and two weekend days. The role involves facilitating sales, assisting customers, and handling POS transactions in a compliant retail environment.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Open availability with ability to work all hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work 2 weekend days (Fri-Sun) when required.

Responsibilities

• Represent STIIIZY as a knowledgeable brand ambassador in-store and beyond.
• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate cannabis knowledge and curate customer experiences.
• Walk customers through product options and promotions.
• Pick and pack orders; assist customers at the register.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Contribute to meeting sales goals and KPIs.
• Adhere to training, procedures, and cannabis regulations.
