Job summary

STIIIZY, a leading cannabis retailer, is seeking a Sales Associate to uphold the brand in-store. You will greet customers, explain products, and help build loyal relationships while representing the company at the point of sale.

The role starts as part-time with hourly pay plus tips; candidates should be 21+, with high school diploma and flexible availability, including weekends. Training and employee discounts are provided, along with benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ required.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability with ability to work all hours, including weekends, preferred.
• Must be able to work 2 weekend days (Fri-Sun) when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as brand ambassador inside and outside the store to support STIIIZY's growth.
• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Drive customer visit goals and contribute to sales metrics.
• Pick & pack orders and handle cash transactions at the POS.
• Adhere to company policies, training, and regulatory requirements.
