Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver\'s license.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to pass a criminal background check per NYS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner.
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete.
• Assist in qualifying patients for the Verified Financial Hardship program.
• Maintain compliance with local and state regulations.
