AYR Wellness is seeking a Patient Advocate to provide an extraordinary customer experience in a dispensary setting. You will assist the Management Team with store operations while upholding company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must stay current with state cannabis policies.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge, guidance, and a personalized experience to customers by explaining benefits of Premium Cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns quickly and escalate to management when needed.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming dispensary environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Meet or exceed daily sales targets within the customer experience framework.
• Support management in ensuring procedures comply with regulatory standards.
