Job summary

FINO Cannabis in Florida seeks a hands-on Dispensary Manager to lead store operations, drive patient focus, and grow the business. You will oversee profitability, performance, and team development while modeling FINO’s mission, vision, and values on the sales floor.

You’ll hire and coach staff, manage inventory and cash handling, ensure compliance with Florida medical cannabis laws, and create a positive, high‑performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass Level 2 background check.
• Experience in medical cannabis, retail, or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years of management leading 10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day dispensary operations with a patient-focused experience.
• Address patient concerns that require leadership-level support.
• Manage inventory levels, place product orders, and maintain displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail environment.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are accurate and consistent.
• Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and POS discrepancies.
• Lead by example in sales, customer service, and compliance.
