Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability through strategic planning and performance tracking.
• Oversee store operations, labor, and payroll to meet targets.
• Optimize product menus, pricing, and promotions in collaboration with Commercial Corporate Teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safe, compliant store practices.
• Lead and develop store team, monitor KPIs, and adjust staffing as needed.
• Collaborate across functions to test and scale new revenue-driving initiatives.
