Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a cannabis dispensary or related industry.
• Welcoming customers and guiding them to appropriate areas.
• Attention to detail and ability and willingness to follow instructions.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be 21+ years old and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients in person or by phone.
• Verify patient eligibility using the Arizona Department of Health Services Verification System.
• Direct and check-in customers per POS procedures and compliance.
• Handle inquiries and direct to proper channels.
• Maintain lobby, deliveries, and update product menus.
• Ensure patient records and PII are managed securely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
