Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate in Scranton to guide customers through their cannabis journey with product education and excellent service. You will process orders in compliance with state regulations and maintain a welcoming, organized dispensary environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ years old, and cash handling experience. Prior retail or customer service is a plus, and you will work with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients about cannabis products and effects.
• Process patient orders in a timely and compliant manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workspace and assist with inventory.
• Assist with online orders and deliveries as needed.
