Job summary

Trulieve seeks a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate on products and effects, and process orders in compliance with state regulations. You will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 21+ years of age, cash handling experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reports to the General Manager in Retail.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 21 years old (18+ in CT, PA, WV).
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Process patient orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation during shifts.
• Assist with returns and exchanges following company policy.
• Collaborate with management to enhance the customer experience.
