Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Minnesota seeks a Personal Care Specialist to assist patients in a cannabis retail setting, educate on products, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.

You will handle front-of-house and back-of-house duties, ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, stock shelves, and support management while maintaining a welcoming store environment. Prior cannabis experience is not required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21 years or older.
• Must pass required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID and be compliant with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of interaction.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on knowledge of GTI products.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Assist in verification of order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure smooth, compliant store operations.
