Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate them on products, and process orders in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with the General Manager and Retail team to provide an exceptional experience, maintain accuracy, and ensure policy compliance.

The role requires a high-school diploma, 21+ age (18+ in CT, PA, WV), strong English communication, and cash handling experience. Flexible scheduling and tips included.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Excellent people skills and effective communication are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Deliver empathy and compassion to patients.
• Educate patients on cannabis products and effects.
• Process patient orders and assist with returns per policy.
