Job summary

Trulieve in Florida seeks a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate them on benefits and potential side effects, and facilitate purchases in compliance with state regulations while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, and the ability to work independently; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus. This position reports to the General Manager within the Retail department.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Prior cash handling experience is a plus.
• Retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Guide customers on their cannabis journey and educate them on benefits and potential side effects.
• Facilitate purchases per state regulations with excellent service.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
