Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate them on products and effects, and provide exceptional service while ensuring transactions comply with state regulations.

This role supports the Retail Department under the General Manager, requires a high school diploma, 21+ (18+ in CT/PA/WV), and cash-handling experience. Schedule up to 25 hours weekly with potential for varied shifts; pay is $18 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers about cannabis products and their effects.
• Facilitate customer purchases per state regulations while delivering a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation during shifts.
