Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients on products and their effects while maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Process patient orders in a timely and accurate manner and handle returns per policy.
• Assist with online orders and deliveries as needed to support store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout shifts.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures and cooperate with management on duties.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members and resolve issues with leadership guidance.
