Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate to guide customers through their cannabis journey, explaining product benefits, effects, and usage while delivering exceptional service. You will ensure purchases comply with state regulations and maintain a welcoming, organized retail environment.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, assisting customers with product questions, stocking and maintaining the floor, and collaborating with the store team to provide a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required; experience in field or similar field a plus.
• Minimum age 21 (18 in PA per state rules).
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with varied personalities.
• Excellent people skills and clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense and discretion.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Able to interact with customers and team members respectfully.
• Able to communicate in conversational English and operate equipment.
• Must be in good mental and physical condition to perform duties.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for Delivery Driver role.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

• Prepare and process patient orders promptly and efficiently.

• Coordinate with the lead on duty to enhance customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve customer issues.
• Document customer issues on profiles.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
