Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide patients through cannabis selections, explain benefits and effects, and ensure compliant transactions. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process orders, and maintain a tidy, well-stocked store environment.

The role emphasizes safety, knowledge of products, and teamwork with the Retail team. Requirements include a high-school diploma, 21+ years old, and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or similar field.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV in some roles).
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Assist patients with product knowledge and emphasis on safety.
• Process patient orders promptly and in accordance with state regulations.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation and follow company procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve customer issues and improve service.
• Handle returns and ensure proper documentation in systems.
