Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through the cannabis purchase journey, educate them on products and effects, and deliver exceptional service. You will process orders in a compliant manner under state regulations while maintaining a high-quality patient experience.

Role requires a strong customer service mindset, cash handling, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with diverse personalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Demonstrate TruExperience through elevated patient service, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns per policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders promptly.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Document customer issues in the profile.
