Dutchess Cannabis of Batavia, IL is hiring a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, offer product recommendations, and maintain accurate POS transactions in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Cannabis point of sale (POS) software a plus.
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
• Must be compliant with regulatory requirements for cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining store operations and compliance.
• Guide customers through sales transactions and offer advice as needed.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked, displays updated, and the store is well maintained.
• Fulfill and pack customer orders for pickup.
• Maintain a positive, customer-service oriented environment.
