Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate to educate customers about cannabis products and assist with purchases in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide outstanding service, process orders, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace in accordance with state regulations.

The role requires a high-school diploma, 21+ years old, cash handling experience, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with the potential for tips and career growth.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 21 (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects.
• Facilitate customer purchases per state regulations with a focus on service quality.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation and assist with returns.
