Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate – Full time to guide customers through their cannabis journey and educate on products under state regulations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process orders, and help maintain a compliant, inviting dispensary environment.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA, WV)
• Prior retail/customer service experience is a plus
• Cash handling experience required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects while ensuring compliance
• Process and fulfill patient orders accurately and timely
• Maintain clean, stocked workstation and report issues to leadership
• Follow company policies and procedures and assist with returns as needed
• Support delivery/online orders if required
• Adapt to store needs including evenings, weekends, and holidays
