Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT, PA, WV).
• Experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and with different personalities.
• Excellent people skills and clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Assist patients with product knowledge and guidance on cannabis products.
• Process patient orders promptly and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures and work with leadership to improve service.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Handle returns and issue resolution in collaboration with managers.
• Document customer issues on the customer profile and follow up as needed.
• Work with delivery or online orders when required and meet timeframes.
