Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate real-time routes for driving teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with drivers.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with management, compliance staff, and authorities.
• Prioritize daily schedules and adjust routes based on operational needs.
• Ensure drivers follow assigned routes and company protocols.
• Support the preparation and packaging of orders prior to driver departure.
• Verify that all orders are packed, labeled, and organized per the manifest.
• Confirm quantities, destinations, and routing alignment before orders leave the facility.
• Ensure packages are sealed, secured, and staged for transport.
• Coordinate with inventory, vault, or fulfillment staff to resolve discrepancies before dispatch.
• Confirm that all required documentation (manifests, weight sheets, delivery paperwork) is complete and accurate.
• Maintain chain-of-custody awareness and escalation of any packaging or documentation issues immediately.
• Securing delivery services with required signal checks at designated intervals.
• Receiving, logging, and accurately recording all delivery signals across multiple Excel or Google Sheets documents
• Maintaining dispatch logs, compliance records, and end-of-day reports
• Supporting audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks as needed
• Communicating clearly, calmly, and professionally with drivers, managers, and partners

Position Overview

At Dris Corporation, the Cannabis Logistics Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating secure, compliant, and time-sensitive cannabis transportation operations. This role serves as the operational command center for daily logistics, maintaining constant communication with driving teams and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of deliveries and transfers.

The Dispatcher also supports order packaging and preparation workflows, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and readiness prior to driver departure. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented onsite role critical to operational success and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The Cannabis Logistics Dispatcher is responsible for, including but not limited to:
