Job summary

Green Thumb Industries Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver in Kendall, FL to responsibly transport cannabis products to customers. You will load the van, adhere to state regulations, maintain delivery schedules, and provide excellent service.

The role requires reliable attendance, clean driving record, ability to work long shifts, and strong communication with dispensaries and customers. Prior cannabis experience is not required but helpful.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional driving experience (preferred).
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks, including MVR and cannabis employment requirements.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Ability to work mornings, days, nights and weekends to meet business needs.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is required.
• Prior cannabis experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries.
• Interpret and execute state laws and regulations when delivering cannabis.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and basic repairs as needed.
• Manage delivery documents and manifests for filing.
• Maintain professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate timely when issues arise during deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
