Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely transport cannabis products to customers and maintain delivery schedules. You will load the van, handle delivery documents, and uphold excellent customer service while complying with state regulations.

Candidates should have at least one year of driving experience, be 21+, pass all background checks, and be flexible with shifts including weekends. Cannabis experience is not required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks, including MVR and cannabis employment requirements.
• Must remain compliant with all legal/company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
• Able to work a schedule with varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must have reliable, responsible attendance.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van for deliveries throughout the day.
• Deliver cannabis products safely and on schedule.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks (e.g., tires, fluids).
• Manage delivery documents and manifests for filing.
• Maintain professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate promptly when issues arise during deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
