Qualifications

• At least one year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks, including MVR and state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Flexible schedule including varying shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs.
• Must have reliable, punctual attendance.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries throughout the day.
• Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks (changing tires, checking fluids).
• Manage documents for medical cannabis delivery and ensure manifests are filed.
• Maintain positive relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate timely when issues arise during deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
