The job entails loading the van, following state regulations for medical cannabis, basic vehicle upkeep, and managing delivery documentation while maintaining professional relationships with dispensaries and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional driving experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks including MVR and state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for cannabis industry.
• Schedule flexibility to cover mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the start of the day for deliveries.
• Interpret and enforce state cannabis delivery laws and regs.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks (e.g., tires, fluids).
• Manage delivery documents and manifests for filing.
• Maintain positive relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate issues promptly during deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
