Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Delivery Driver responsible for delivering cannabis products to customers, maintaining on-time schedules, and providing excellent service. You will safely transport products, handle documentation, and communicate clearly with dispensaries and patients.

The role requires reliable attendance, the ability to work varied shifts, and compliance with state cannabis regulations. Prior cannabis experience is not required, but a clean driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver with good driving record and 1+ year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks, including MVR and state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in cannabis.
• Scheduling and availability for mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is essential.
• Prior cannabis experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the start of the day for deliveries scheduled throughout the day.
• Interpret and comply with state laws and regulations for medical cannabis delivery.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks (changing tires, fluids, etc.).
• Manage delivery documents and manifests, ensure they are filed correctly.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate promptly when issues arise during deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
