Job summary

STIIIZY in California is seeking a Data Entry Operator to manage intake and inventory of cannabis products in our manufacturing facility. You will review manufacturing data, validate production in operating systems, and ensure accurate data entry from paper and electronic files.

The role requires METRC knowledge, fast typing, proficiency with MS Office and Google tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
• METRC knowledge required
• Experience with Warehouse Management System or ERP is necessary
• High school degree or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Enter data into computer quickly and accurately
• Transfer data from paper and electronic files into a database
• Maintain files of source documents related to data entered
• Audit inventory using METRC and internal systems
• Ensure accurate classification and storage of inventory
• Assist in filing and storage of security data files
• Identify and escalate data discrepancies to management
• Follow all company policies and state guidelines
