Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking an IPM Technician to support plant health across the Lothian, MD cultivation facility. You will scout, diagnose, and apply treatments under IPM leadership, maintaining logs and ensuring safety and compliance throughout the weekly duties.

The role emphasizes pest and disease scouting, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with production and post-harvest teams, with a starting pay of $19 per hour and a 40-hour workweek expectation.

Qualifications

• Preferred 3 months of PharmaCann employment and 1 year of agricultural experience.
• Demonstrates ability to achieve productivity and maintain professional communication.
• Able to follow safety and compliance procedures within cultivation operations.

Responsibilities

• Apply pesticide treatments in a safe, effective, and compliant manner to all phases of growth.
• Scout for molds, mildews, viruses, root diseases, pests, and abnormal plant morphologies.
• Maintain and operate spray equipment and logging of data in company logs.
• Clean and maintain all cultivation areas and assist other departments as needed.
• Work a full 40 hour week with potential overtime to meet objectives.
