Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. seeks a Farmer to execute daily farming tasks within the Maryland cultivation facility. You will report to Farm leadership and participate in a 40-hour week with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with safety and compliance emphasized throughout training.

This role involves lifting, standing, and handling cultivation tasks in a compliant environment, contributing to weekly objectives and accurate data reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in farming or cultivation environments preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced production settings with safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
