Good Day Farm is seeking a motivated Cultivation Tech I to support daily grow operations such as potting, manicuring, and harvesting under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager.

This entry-level position requires a High School diploma, the ability to pass a background check, and reliable transportation. You must be able to work in a fast-paced, humid environment and be available on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.
• Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including floors, walls, tables, equipment and trash removal.
• Follows compliance procedures mandated by state licensing requirements.
• Maintains open communication with management and coworkers.
• Performs duties following operational guidelines and training information.
• Completes assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner.
