Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Cultivation Associate in Taneytown, MD to join a hands-on cannabis cultivation team. You’ll gain experience across the production cycle, including plant care, environmental monitoring, and harvesting.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with training provided. A high school diploma or GED is required; strong attention to detail and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• You have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting counts.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, team environment with reliability and professionalism.
• Strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills are essential.
• Solid math and measurement skills and the ability to operate a scale confidently.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, pruning.
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove nonconforming plants.
• Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, and recording inventory.
