Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. seeks a General Manager, Cultivation Operations to drive the performance of cultivation, post-processing, and distribution in a fast-paced cannabis operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership in a regulated, high-volume environment (cannabis, agriculture, manufacturing).
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role with direct responsibility for labor management, budgeting, and operations.
• Experience with regulated environments and METRC or similar track-and-trace systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the business and operational performance of cultivation, post-processing, and distribution.
• Translates plans into labor, staffing, resource, capacity, and operational plans.
• Manages budgets, labor costs, operating expenses, and cost per pound.
• Oversees cultivation performance, yield, quality, cycle adherence, and corrective actions with Head Grower.
• Provides leadership for post-processing and distribution, ensuring throughput, quality, and cost targets.
• Aligns production forecasts and inventory with manufacturing and sales needs.
• Establishes and monitors KPIs and ensures compliance with SOPs and METRC.
