Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and manage cultivation facility operations to ensure optimal plant health.
• Manage full life cycle procedures within propagation, vegetation, flowering cycles, and pre-harvest phase.
• Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team members.
• Collaborate with leadership on timelines, inventory, production schedules and quality standards.
