Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Experience with licensing, permitting, or compliance processes is highly desired.
• Cannabis industry experience or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and document management systems (SharePoint or CLM platforms).

Responsibilities

• Prepare license applications and renewals for cultivation, manufacturing, retail, and distribution.
• Maintain organized compliance records and readiness for audits.
• Track license statuses and renewal calendar with deadlines.
• Incorporate regulatory updates into internal databases with legal teams.
• Serve as a point of contact with licensing agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with SOP documentation and compliance trainings.
• Support additional administrative tasks as the team grows.
