Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compliance or quality control.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Experience using METRC and ability to manage regulatory data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
• Strong reading of laws, ordinances, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication with regulatory bodies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites and pass a background check; 21+ age.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of cultivation, processing, production, and transportation operations.
• Monitor METRC for inventory, transfers, and testing activity.
• Review records to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Identify gaps, document findings, and support corrective actions.
• Support regulatory reporting and inspections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into daily operations.
• Prepare for on-site inspections and assist regulators with requests.
