Job summary

URB Cannabis seeks a meticulous METRC Specialist to join our data-driven cultivation team. The role focuses on ensuring inventory accuracy and plant location tracking across lifecycle stages, in a travel-requiring position within the Metro Detroit area.

Ideal candidates will have strong data-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining regulatory compliance with METRC and related cultivation practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate's degree preferred in horticulture or related field.
• Experience in cultivation or agricultural role with a data/metrics focus.
• Strong analytical skills with data management proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Willingness to travel between indoor grows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations concerning cultivation practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cultivation locations and related data for audits.
• Make METRC tags and manage inventory records.
• Record location and weight across lifecycle stages.
