Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as a Budtender is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a state agent card.
• Solid knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, assist with product selections, and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Advise patients on cannabis products based on needs, budgets, and strain reactions.
• Stay informed on new cannabis products and industry trends.
• Process payments using the dispensary POS system.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked.
• Educate patients on safe use of products.
• Verify patient age and credentials as required.
• Support opening/closing tasks and stay compliant with policies and state regulations.
