Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is hiring a Budtender in California to deliver outstanding customer service, assist guests with purchases, and educate them on cannabis products. The role may involve training new staff to align with company standards and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will stay informed on cannabis products, industry regulations, and sales promotions to ensure a smooth customer experience from entry to checkout.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensures stations are ready to go at venue opening time.
• Maintain fully stocked and clean workstations at all times.
• Assists with running side work, stocking, and cleaning during any and all down time.
• Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed.
• Participates in periodic all-staff cleanings and staff meetings.
• Maintains proper cash-handling procedures at all times.
• Ensures all guests are greeted as they arrive and whished farewell on upon their departure.
• Participates in staff events, outings and promotional events.
• Remains knowledgeable on all cannabis products carried by the venue.
• Accurately creates and/or updates customer profiles.
• Keeps up to date on locations daily/weekly sales, promotions, and discounts.
• Provide excellent customer experience.
• Accurately log customer in computer systems.
