Job summary

Bud's Goods & Provisions is seeking a Sales Associate - Cannabis Budtender who serves as the heart of the guest experience. This guest-facing, non-supervisory role helps guests navigate products, completes accurate cannabis transactions, and delivers a hospitality-driven experience.

You will interact with guests, learn what they're looking for, answer questions, maintain an organized store, and comply with all cannabis regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent - required.
• One or more years of work experience - required.
• Retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience - preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience - preferred.
• Cash-handling experience - preferred.
• Experience using POS or other retail technology - preferred.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills - required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional approach and guide them through the retail experience.
• Assist guests in navigating cannabis products and answering questions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of products, brands and promotions on the menu.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and cannabis regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready sales floor and assist with inventory as needed.
