You will promote responsible cannabis consumption and stay compliant with state and local regulations, while helping customers select products that fit their needs.

The role emphasizes service excellence, product education, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting, with adherence to company policies and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service and Product Expertise (50%).
• Extend a warm and professional welcome to customers, attentively listening to their unique preferences and requirements.
• Offer expert insights and personalized product recommendations tailored to individual preferences and usage scenarios.
• Educate customers about the advantages, potential effects, and safe consumption methods of diverse cannabis products, ensuring they make informed choices.
