Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching Key Performance Indicators.
• Effective multi-tasker with prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations preferred.
• Able to pass a background check and be 21+ years old.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required state licenses by location.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers and prioritize their experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion rate goals.
• Greet customers and verify identification at entry.
• Assist with questions on state forms and update customer info.
• Maintain a clean waiting area and stocked sales floor.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection.
• Fill online orders quickly while maintaining customer focus.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on trends.
• Accurately use and maintain POS system and cash handling policies.
• Assist with product intake, inventory counts, and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Support compliance with dispensary policies and schedules.
