The position is based at the Somerdale dispensary, with hours from 9 AM to 9 PM. Compensation is $18 per hour, with opportunities to grow as you contribute to store performance while staying compliant with local rules.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations preferred.
• Ability to meet KPI targets and sales goals.
• Ability to verify IDs and assist with state forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier service and drive sales through personalized recommendations.
• Greet customers, verify IDs, and assist with state form questions.
• Maintain stocked sales floor and assist with online order fulfillment.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, genetics, and effects.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on cannabis trends.
• Accurately use POS system and manage cash handling.
• Assist with product intake, inventory counts, and audits.
• Support management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Adhere to dispensary policies and regulatory compliance.
