Job summary

Eaze is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate in Florida to promote a positive store environment, assist customers, and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures. You will deliver excellent service and enhance the customer experience in-store through product knowledge.

You’ll greet customers, process transactions on the POS, help with phone and online orders, assist with inventory, restock shelves, maintain clean, organized displays, and uphold safety and merchandising standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience in retail preferred.
• Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for promoting a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures.
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in store through product knowledge.
• Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assists customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders.
• Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and ensures signage and pricing are updated.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Upholds the Company policies and procedures and compliance standards.
