Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a customer-focused associate to promote a positive in-store experience and ensure compliance with store policies. You will assist customers in-store and via phone or online orders, using product knowledge to drive sales and maintain accuracy at the POS and cash handling processes.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and availability on days/nights/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varied shifts.
• Willingness to work days/nights/weekends/holidays as needed.
• Pass a level 2 background check and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of offer.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the in-store experience through product knowledge.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly manner, assist in-store, on the phone, and with online orders.
• Support sales through engagement, suggestive selling and product knowledge sharing.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, signage, and accurate price tickets.
