Job summary

Eqverde in Boulder, CO is seeking a Budtender to assist in setting up displays, packing inventory, and selling to patients and customers. You will greet guests, understand needs, explain products, and complete transactions while maintaining clean, organized work areas and following all SOPs and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and related merchandise.
• Ability to follow SOPs and state/local regulations.
• Familiarity with METRC or similar tracking systems.
• Proficiency with the store POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with patients and customers.
• Consults with customers to understand needs and preferences related to products.
• Demonstrates and explains merchandise, and suggests suitable options.
• Answers questions about products and provides a positive experience.
• Complete preparatory work, inventory processes, transfers and sales.
• Maintain high cleanliness and follow all SOPs.
• Assist in receiving, inventory management and stocking.
• Record activities in accordance with Company, State and local requirements.
• Handle payments using the store POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Follow all MED rules and regulations and enter data into METRC.
