Job summary

Eqverde in Colorado Springs is looking for a customer-focused Retail Associate to support cannabis sales. You will greet customers, understand their needs, demonstrate products, and recommend options that fit their preferences while following all SOPs and ensuring METRC data accuracy.

You will also handle transactions, stock management, and store upkeep, contributing to a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience through strong communication and product expertise.
