Job summary

High Plainz Strains is opening a new Peetz store in Colorado and seeking full-time Budtenders. You’ll help establish daily operations, learn product lines, and ensure compliant, customer-friendly service in a regulated cannabis retail setting.

Base pay is $15.16/hour with tips; schedules are typically 30–40 hours across 4–5 shifts, seven days a week operation planned. Prior cannabis experience is helpful but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliability and ability to learn procedures in a regulated environment.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs to guide product recommendations.
• Explain cannabis products and categories clearly to customers.
• Operate POS accurately and process transactions.
• Stock and organize products and maintain a clean sales floor.
• Learn promotions, loyalty programs and store procedures.
• Provide accurate information and learn when to escalate questions.
