Job summary

Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer in Florida, seeking a storefront team member who embodies a positive, service-driven attitude and a commitment to policy compliance. You’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and help ensure a smooth in-store experience.

You will operate the POS, handle cash, assist with online orders, and participate in inventory and merchandising tasks while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Proven reliability, punctuality and trustworthy behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer-focused store environment.
• Provide excellent service and answer product questions.
• Operate the POS, handle cash, and assist with audits.
• Assist customers in-store, by phone, and online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Process inventory receiving and stocking merchandise.
